Best Place to See the Most Beautiful Peack Flower - Nyingchi
When talking about Nyingchi, everybody knows its three best highlights: Basumtso Lake, Namjiabarwa Peak and Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon. While now it has the forth highlights: peach flower. On the barren Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, you hardly believe that there is a picturesque and fertile heaven land in Tibet.
On 26th, March, the Twelfth 2014 Nyingchi Peach Flower Festival opened in Gala Peach Village, which started the annual peak season for peach flower sightseeing. The flower season last about 2 months from March to May. Many places for you to view the endless sea of peach flower, including Bomi County, Nyingchi County, Milin County, Lang County, Motuo County, etc. There are two major recommended routes: 1. 318 National Highway from Bomi County, via Gala Peach Village to the Lalu Village; 2. Section of 306 Provincial Road which passes by Suosong Village, Milin Airport, Grand Canyon to Dongga Village.
